  • I know I purchased passes in 2022/2023/2024 from you and not a third-party. How come I don’t see my early access email?

  • What time does the festival start and end?

    Venue doors open at Noon. Schedule will be posted on the website closer to the festival date. Curfew is 11pm.

  • Will you be posting set times in advance?

    Yes, we will post set times closer to the festival date. Please stay tuned.

  • What items are allowed or not allowed to be brought to the festival?

  • Is the festival all ages?

    Yes. Excluding Clubhouse which is 21+.

  • Is this festival real?

    100%! Can't wait for you to join us.

  • Is there re-entry allowed? Can we go in/out?

    No ins/outs. You can review other basic festival info here.

  • Is there anywhere to sit?

    This is a general admission festival on a grassy golf course, no assigned seating. There are some picnic-style seating scattered throughout the site for you to take a break and enjoy a meal.

  • I’m traveling from out of town, where should I stay?
  • Do you have a lost & found?

    Yes, we do! Please check back closer to the festival for more information.

  • Can I bring a camera?

    A phone camera, small point and shoot without interchangeable lenses or GoPro (no poles/extender) are fine to bring in. No video cameras or professional cameras will be allowed into the event.

  • Is there public transportation to the event?

  • Will there be free water refill stations?

     Yes.

  • Are there lockers available?

    There will be lockers available to rent. Please check back for link to purchase.

  • Will there be vegan/vegetarian food?

  • How will Covid-19 affect this event?

  • Wow, there are lots of artists performing! Will I see all of them?

    There is no guarantee. Many artists will be performing at the same time and some areas may have limited capacities. You should plan accordingly and arrive early if there’s a particular performer you really want to see. Also, the lineup is always subject to change (whether due to volcanoes or any other reason).

  • What if my question isn't asked frequently enough to be listed here?

  • Can I volunteer or are you hiring?

  • Will there be breast pumping stations?

    Need a place to pump? We got you covered! B.Y.O.P. (Bring Your Own Pump) to select medical tents. We'll provide power for electric pumps as well as washing stations (non-potable water) with soap and sanitizing wipes. We are unable to provide refrigeration but you may bring a cooler or bag that is soft-bodied, with dimensions of 11.5 x 6.5 x 8.5” or smaller, empty of any contents other than your pump, cold packs and empty bottles. No metal or glass bottles permitted.

  • Can I bring naloxone into the event?

    Yes, Naloxone is permitted for personal use.

  • What is the difference between an umbrella and parasol?

    Parasols are generally for blocking the sun
    Umbrellas for blocking Rain/Weather

    Permitted Umbrellas and Parasols

    Parasols will not deflect water as an umbrella does. Most parasols are made of paper and a light wood as bamboo, not metal and water-resistant material.

    If the parasol falls into the dimensions of 23” long / 32” wide opened and has a non metal stemmed handle and scoping pole it should be fine.
