• There is an 8 pass limit.
• All sales are final. No refunds.
• Our ticketing platform is powered by AXS. Create an AXS custom Cruel World Fan account or update your current AXS information here.
• AXS Mobile ID digital passes & separately purchased general/preferred parking passes will be sent within 10 minutes after you complete your purchase.
• AXS Mobile ID digital parking passes that come with VIP or CLUBHOUSE purchases and/or Merch package upgrade passes, are sent separately and will begin sending 72 hours or more from the festival.
• You may transfer individual tickets through AXS account – instructions can be found HERE. 
• Passes will be scanned from your phone on the Goldenvoice Festivals app or AXS App at the entrance gate.
• Passes are valid for the single day you purchased.
• Minimum browser requirements are required to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated browser version.
