JOIN WAITLIST
- Simply click "Join Waitlist" to get started.
- Select from available pass options/types.
- The waitlist will open for items as they are sold out.
- There is a deposit of $10 for signing up for each waitlist pass type per order.
- Pricing for your requested pass is 'dynamic' and adjusts according to market supply & demand.
- If inventory becomes available and your order can be fulfilled, your deposit will apply to the order and your card will automatically be charged for the full amount.
- Do not sign-up multiple times for the same pass type. This will not help your chances.
- You will be sent an email from AXS if/when your order is fulfilled.
- You must also check your fan account regularly in case you miss email notification.
- Cruel World/AXS is not responsible for failed/blocked/mis-delivered/bounced email delivery.
- Waitlist orders are filled on first come, first serve availability.
- There is not a way to see your place in line.
- If inventory does not become available and your order cannot be fulfilled, your deposit will be refunded in full within 7-10 business days after the festival has passed.
- Completing a waitlist request DOES NOT guarantee passes for the event and are subject to availability.
- If you wish to cancel your request, you can do so via your Cruel World Fan Account.
- Waitlist requests cannot be canceled until 48 hours after your initial request.
- To access Fan Account, login HERE and select 'Fan Account' from the left side menu.
- You must cancel any request you do not want fulfilled. There are no reversals of orders once they are filled.
- There are no payment plan options for waitlist orders.
